The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Prince Rupert, close to Tim Horton's, the mall, great restaurants, the casino, and grocery shopping. The rooms are comfortable, but the cleaning service is every other day. The staff is friendly and helpful overall, with a few exceptions of rude behavior. The dining experience varies but can be satisfying with special discounts. The location offers easy access to nearby amenities, though some parts feel dated.
